Refillable Bottles and Tanks for Motorhomes

Motor home owners and touring enthusiasts are catching on to the advantages of being able to fill their own domestic LPG tanks and bottles in the UK and throughout Europe.
The Autogas 2000 'Carabottle' and 'Caratank' range designed exclusively for storage and delivery of domestic LPG in motor caravans and motor homes is becoming increasingly popular.
With the option of remote filling points and adapters for running bar-b-ques, its never been easier and whether you choose to opt for a fitted tank or a removable bottle there should be a tank to fit the majority of units available today.

Carabottle

Caratanks available in a variety of sizes from 40 to 116 litres to suit internal or external fitting with the option of remote fill and bar-b-que take off.

Meeting Approvals
The Autogas 2000 'Caratank' and 'Carabottles' meet current European E67 and TUV regulations and are supplied fully valved with automatic shut off at 80% fill just the same as the automotive liquid take off LPG/autogas tanks.

Important information

Bottles are available to the public that have no automatic fill stop - these do not conform to current UK recommendations and refilling of these on public sites may be prohibited

Home and Away
The UK now has over 1,300 public LPG autogas refuelling sites where you can refill your 'Caratank' and 'Carabottles' and you can find these on a new map available from our autogas shop.
Filling up on the continent is made easier with a range of filler adapters to suit most types of filler guns also available from Autogas 2000 by mail order.

	Light Weight Aluminium Bottle For those who are concerned about weight we also offer a light weight aluminium bottle. This light weight bottle still incorporates the 80% fill stop, and can still be connected to a remote filler point. The bottles only weight 6.3kg when empty and 11kg when full although still holding nearly 22 litres. With the ability to fill across Europe (with the use of adapters) and connect two bottles to a single filler point a total gas capacity of 43.5 litres can be obtained.
