Chris Wise managing director has been runing Autogas 2000 Ltd since his father retired over ten years ago. The main core busines is based around the alternative fuel market and LPG conversions but during the early nineteen nineties the interest of using specially designed tanks for bulk LPG storage tank for motohome and leisure vehicles was born and from there the first introduction of the unique and still current "Caratank" was introduced.

Chris Wise over the years has written on the subject of bulk LPG storage on motorhomes for many of todays long established magazines and today is regarded been a reconised expert on the subject of LPG storage tanks.

Today the lineup of purpose designed vapour tanks for motorhome, catering and race teams including the new alloy refillable bottles are classed as some of the best in the business today
