Installation

Installation of the conversion will be completed at our Thirsk workshops

Testing calibration

This will be in house at our workshop using our own four-wheel drive dyno facility reducing the need of on the road calibration.

Conversion

The system installed uses the latest Sequential Gas injection system for this engine size ensuring good response but more importantly the correct amount of fuel at higher RPM. The LPG tank will be fitted in place of the spare wheel and would be 95 litres water capacity.

The filler will be the Dutch bayonet filler (UK standard) and fitted in the rear skirt of the vehicle. A different location can be offered but please contact us in advance to check suitability.

Documentation provided with the completed conversion

LPGA (LP Gas Association) Certificate for insurance purpose stating emission results, engine conversion handbooks and service instructions, extended vehicle breakdown warranty.

Expect to get around 76 ltrs of LPG from empty in the tank giving an average range of over 200-mile on gas with a typical 4.0ltr engine / driver

Warranty

A 24 month gas conversion manufacturers component warranty and a 24 month extendable Autogas Vehicle Breakdown Warranty are supplied with this conversion.

The conversion listed is suitable for 1994-99 Range Rover 4.0 and 4.6 with Lucas Gems ECU. The host vehicle must have current MOT and be taxed for road use.  A preliminary emission test will be carried out prior to commencing the conversion.
