This is where a mixture of LPG is introduced overtop of the original diesel fuel mixture on diesel engines.

Although this offers power increase there has been some engines that have suffered from series engine failure.

This type of conversion is still a long way off and further testing is needed to have an approved and emission friendly conversion.

The fact of the matter is that there is not a LPG Diesel blend / mix system working to date (July 2008) for light commercial or privately owner cars.

There is extensive testing in the Heavy Goods Vehicle market for the diesel mix but final testing durability trials and final emissions testing is still undergoing.

Autogas 2000 LTD would advise against any Diesel LPG mix system at this present time.
