Autogas 2000 Ltd "Caratank"

Caratank is a unique bulk underfloor LPG tank suited ideally to motorhome users and catering trailers including F1 hospitality.

The caratank is available in various sizes and once mounted underfloor will free extra space that is normally taken up by gas bottles in the locker box.

Each caratank is designed to be filled from a filler point conveniently mounted on the external side of the vehicle and with use of filler adapters (only two required for Europe) can be filled while traveling without the need to swap bottles over. The filling of the caratank is controlled automatically by a float activated over fill protection valve ensuring no more than 80% fill can be achieved.

The caratank also has a unique float activated gauge giving a reading in percent of the tank capacity, thus allowing the user to determine the amount of LPG remaining in the tank. This gauge can also be upgraded to a remote LED display to read on the dashboard, as an optional extra if required.

With over 1200 filling stations in the UK this tank makes the carrying of LPG easy to obtain a cheaper to source.
