11 kg Alugas refillable cylinder is a refillable LPG cylinder ideal for motorhome use with an external filling point, made from lightweight alloy they offer realistic weight savings to steel counterparts.

Option 1. Two Valve cylinder

The two hole 11kg cylinder is fitted with two valves. The main offtake valve is a German fitting but we can offer custom made cost effective new hose assemblies (pigtails) or adapter to UK Poll connections.

The offtake valve on the two hole cylinder has a simple float activated clock gauge on the valve to give a gauge reading of the remaining liquid content inside the cylinder.

Each cylinder is fitted with 80% over fill protection valve to ensure that the liquid contents during filling does not exceed this capacity. This valve allows the filling point to be mounted remote to the cylinder on the external side of the vehicle.

 

 

Each Alugas cylinder is designed to be filled from a filler point conveniently mounted on the external side of the vehicle and with use of filler adapters (only two required for Europe) and can be filled while traveling without the need to swap bottles over. 

 To ensure standards are high each cylinder carries the European PI mark and carries the unique German TUV approval.

 The cylinders can be installed in a one-cylinder setup with remote fill, allowing the user to carry a small gas bottle alongside. Or as the favorite two-bottle setup with a remote fill.

 Pigtail hoses are available to suit the Alugas cylinders to the most common regulators used including the new rupture protection hoses.

Option 2. Three Valve cylinder

New for 2011 is the new 11kg cylinder but with three valves.

The new cylinder is same dimensions and capacity as the two valve but the new three hole cylinder has a brand new gauge fitted. This new gauge is slightly more accurate than the previous two cylinder version but the new guage on the three hole cylinder gives the option of a remote gauge to be fitted as an optional extra inside the vehicle to give a 9 led display of the cylinder capacity while driving.
