Alugas refillable cylinder is the smart new alloy cylinder from Alugas in Germany complete with a new lpg level contents gauge.

Currently available in one size only 11kg the cylinder is manufactured from lightweight aluminum and offers a realistic weight saving compared to its steel counterparts.

Like the Caratank the cylinder is fitted with an 80% automotive over fill protection ensuring the user cannot over fill the cylinder.

 Another unique advantage of the Alugas cylinder is the new for 2010 contents gauge giving a clear indication to the gas remaing in the cylinder.

Each Alugas cylinder is designed to be filled from a filler point conveniently mounted on the external side of the vehicle and with use of filler adapters (only two required for Europe) and can be filled while traveling without the need to swap bottles over. 

 To ensure standards are high each cylinder carries the European PI mark and carries the unique German TUV approval.

 The cylinders can be installed in a one-cylinder setup with remote fill, allowing the user to carry a small gas bottle alongside. Or as the favorite two-bottle setup with a remote fill.

 Pigtail hoses are available to suit the Alugas cylinders to the most common regulators used including the new rupture protection hoses.
